About the Course
The Body Toning exercise method aims to strengthen the body by using small resistance, such as small weights or resistance bands or even using only the weight of the body. It is suitable for people with limited available time to exercise since it can be accomplished in a short period of time. Just 50 minutes is enough to activate all muscle groups of the body. It is suitable for all ages due to the mild intensity and to the small degree of difficulty of the exercises’ execution. The main purpose of this method is to stimulate the all the physiological systems of the body in an attempt to enhance functional capacity of the musculoskeletal system particularly and improve physical well-being.
