About the Course

Full Body exercise method is a combination of aerobic-type of exercises, such as comfortable jumps, along with resistance exercises, for example squats, which helps to improve metabolism and increase calorie burning during post-workout and for up to 24 hours. At the same time, this concurrent exercise methods increases muscle mass and strength and improves the physical fitness and functional capacity of the whole body.
